A new era of swim coaching

Coach speaks.
Wavlytics listens.

Athletes know exactly
where they stand.

  • Record & forget

Just talk poolside. Every word becomes structured data automatically — names, corrections, praise and health flags, filed to the right athlete.

  • Visible athlete growth

Profiles, attendance, progress charts, reports and AI drill plans — so every swimmer sees the season they’re actually having.

02The Problem

Every. Word. Lost.

A coach speaks hundreds of times in a two-hour practice — a name, a cue, a word of praise, a shoulder that didn’t look right. None of it is written down. By the last wall, it exists only in one person’s memory.

“I coached 10 athletes today. I documented 0.”— every swim coach, every day

03The Solution

Coach speaks. Wavlytics listens. Athletes grow.

Wavlytics hears the practice you were already going to coach and turns real-time poolside audio into structured technical data — athlete by athlete, before you reach the car park.

Nothing worn by athletes No clipboard, no typing Any pool, any squad Live during practice

04Speech Into Data

Your voice becomes the dataset.

Not a recording to listen back to. Wavlytics separates who you spoke to, what you corrected, what you praised and what you flagged — and writes each one to the right athlete profile as you say it.

05For the Coach

Stop documenting. Start coaching.

Coaches lose up to 30% of training time to manual data entry. Talk poolside the way you always have and that time comes back — notes, attendance, progress and next week’s drills assemble themselves behind you.

“Nice acceleration, Maria.”

Health flag — Alex M.

“Is your shoulder okay, Alex?” logged as a pain signal — the third shoulder mention in two weeks, surfaced now rather than after the injury.

Drill plan, generated

Hip-position block, 4×50 kick on side, for the three athletes who heard that cue this week. Built from your own feedback, not a template.

06Every Athlete

One session. Every athlete profiled.

You speak to ten swimmers by name in two hours. Wavlytics splits that one stream by athlete, so nobody’s session is a blank page — with zero admin overhead.

07For the Athlete

Know exactly where you stand. Every day.

Zero guessing. Every swimmer gets their coach’s actual words, categorised and charted — corrections falling, praise rising, and drills built from their real weakness rather than a generic plan. Toggle today’s session, this week, this month.

08The Method

Four steps, then it runs itself.

01

Coach speaks

Record poolside audio in real time. One tap at the start of practice, then coach the session you were going to coach anyway.

  • Nothing worn by athletes
  • Built for pool acoustics and noise
  • Nothing to operate mid-set
02

Wavlytics extracts

Names, corrections, praise, health flags and drill cues are separated out of the stream as you talk.

  • Athlete-name detection
  • Correction vs praise classification
  • Pain & fatigue language flagged
03

Data structures

Every extracted item is written to the right athlete profile the moment it is spoken — no review queue, no end-of-day write-up.

  • Instant profile updates
  • Attendance from name calls
  • Session type classified
04

Insights appear

Dashboards, progress charts and next week’s drill plan update themselves before you leave the pool.

  • Coach, athlete & parent views
  • Weekly top-three limiters
  • Drill plans from your own feedback

09The Console

Everything you said, in one place.

One record, three doors into it. The coach sees the whole squad, the athlete sees themselves, and the family sees growth — never the coach’s private notes.

10Automatic Tracking

Progress that tracks itself.

Six things you would otherwise keep by hand. None of them asks you for anything.

01

Attendance

Auto-detected from the names you call. No register, no clipboard, no one marked present who wasn’t.

02

Health flags

Fatigue and pain language is surfaced the moment it is spoken, so a niggle is seen before it becomes a season.

03

Top three limiters

The mistakes you corrected most this week, ranked per athlete — the shortlist you would have written from memory.

04

Stroke timing

Sprint times you call out are logged and compared against the same athlete’s previous sessions.

05

Session type

Aerobic, technical or sprint, classified from what the session actually was rather than what the plan said.

06

Drill completion

A visual bar showing how much of the weekly plan is genuinely done, for every athlete in the squad.

12Questions

The ones coaches ask first.

No. Wavlytics listens to the coach, not to the swimmers. Nothing is worn, nothing is charged, nothing is lost in a kit bag. The session runs exactly as it always has.

The coaching audio — your voice on the deck. Recording is started deliberately by the coach at the top of a session and stopped at the end, and your program controls consent for the squad the same way it does for photography and video. Athletes and families see the structured record, not raw audio.

Structured data, not a wall of text. Each thing you say is separated into who it was for and what kind of feedback it was — correction, praise, health flag, drill cue, time called — and written to that athlete's profile. The transcript sits underneath if you want it.

That is the hard part of the problem and the part we built for: tiled acoustics, splash, whistles and a squad talking over you. Where a phrase is genuinely ambiguous it is kept and marked as low confidence rather than quietly guessed.

Your program does. Athlete records are yours to export or delete at any time, and partner deployments can choose their data residency. We never use one program's sessions to train anything shared with another program.

It replaces the notebook, the register and the evening spent writing up. The coaching is yours — Wavlytics just makes sure the words you already said are still there tomorrow.

13Surface

The pool has always been full of data. Now we finally hear it.
